YOUR ROLE
The mission consists in defining, implementing and following-up overall governance that will be used to drive and control the procurement performance.
**To do so, you must**:
Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality and procurement best practices
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
**Implement and follow up**:
The Procurement activites for vendor management, new build activities and fleet operations
The key performance Indicators with the segment purchaser/procurement manager
Organize and follow-up the Projects activities (dedicated checklists, specific projects follow-up files, planning )
Issue periodical reporting
Manage the minutes of meeting when required
Organize and manage the various supplier meetings
Provide support to Procurement Director in her daily tasks if needed.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Previous experience (2 to 3 years minimum) in Procurement, Supply Chain
An experience as PMO is a plus
Competencies in software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Strong international experience, fluent in English
Rigor, method and autonomy
Collaborative and team-building attitude
Good analytic and synthesis skills
Good presentation and Organization, communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
Ability to work with all levels of staff and across diverse business areas.
