Impresa Pizzarotti & C. Per potenziamento della struttura Supply Chain, ricerchiamo un* **Procurement - Paesi francofoni**

Il/la Procurement Manager di area coordina e gestisce tutte le attività connesse al procurement e alla logística dei progetti appartenenti all'Area di riferimento implementando strategie di ottimizzazione del business sia in termini di efficacia che di efficienza a livello di Gruppo.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Gestire, sovrintendere, coordinare la performance globale della propria Area, interfacciandosi con i referenti di sub-area e i Project Procurement Manager;
- Sovraintendere alla definizione della Pianificazione dei Fabbisogni e degli Approvvigionamenti nei progetti relativi alla propria Area, attraverso la collaborazione con i referenti di sub-area e dei Project Procurement Manager;
- Interfaccia con i Responsabili di Progetto per la conferma, modifica e finalizzazione delle diverse Tender Strategy (make or buy, alternative, strategia di gestione degli approvvigionamenti);
- Guidare i processi di approvvigionamento strategici (per importi e/o criticità), relativi ai Progetti della propria Area, seguendone gli aspetti cruciali quali: relazione con il fornitore, Recommendation, Best & Final Meeting, Redazione Contratto ed eventuale Gestione di Rischi/Opportunità;
- Individuare potenziali opportunità di leverage sul fornitore sia in termini di qualità del servizio sia in termini di benefici economici-finanziari, in considerazione della visione complessiva sul mercato dell’Area di riferimento;
- Costruire solide relazioni con i fornitori strategici atte a favorire rapporti di partnership utili sia in fase di bidding che di esecuzione dell'opera, interfacciandosi con Tender Procurement e con la Direzione di Country/Area;
- Identificare e sviluppare soluzioni di approvvigionamento innovative che forniscano ritorni economici e maggiori efficienze di processo per l'organizzazione;
- Sviluppare e mantenere una conoscenza approfondita dei rispettivi mercati di fornitura globali (Scouting), dei concorrenti e delle innovazioni di prodotto. Si interfaccia con i Category Manager per gli approfondimenti sulle strategie di commodity e le ricadute sulla gestione dei fornitori principali;
- Eseguire rapporti sulle attività svolte (misura dei KPI), da condividere con i diretti superiori gerarchici e funzionali, al fine di identificare potenziali opportunità di miglioramento a livello di Gruppo;
- Implementare le politiche di Gruppo in tema di qualifica e valutazione dei fornitori, ESG, Compliance, Anticorruzione e Codice Etico.

**Profil**:
Per l'adeguata copertura della posizione sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico;
- Pregressa esperienza di 7-10 anni nel procurement di settori e categorie assimilabili, con esperienza pregressa di gestione di Aree;
- Esperienza su sistemi ERP/gestionali;
- Buona capacità e conoscenza degli applicativi MS;
- Disponibilità a trasferte e relocation;
- Capacità di sintesi e di reporting strutturato, facilità di gestione per obiettivi e KPI;
- Conoscenza fluente di Francese e Italiano. L’ulteriore conoscenza della lingua inglese sarà considerata requisito preferenziale.

- Ottima capacità relazionale;
- Capacità di gestione di risorse e di organizzazione del lavoro secondo parametri di efficacia ed efficienza.
