**Qui sommes-nous?**
**Powerdot **est né de l'idée que** recharger sa voiture devrait être aussi facile que recharger son smartphone.** Pour ce faire, les bornes de recharge doivent être disponibles sur les lieux d'arrêt naturel des citoyens. Pour donner vie à cette vision et l'accélérer, nous avons récemment levé 150 millions d'euros auprès d'Antin Infrastructure Partners, l'un des plus grands fonds de private equity au monde (29 mds € d'actifs sous gestion).
**Notre mission** est aussi simple qu'ambitieuse**:accélérer la transition vers la mobilité durable.** Pour cela, nous investissons, installons et exploitons des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques grâce à un modèle économique innovant au croisement entre la technologie et les infrastructures. Aujourd'hui, nous sommes associés à plus de 1 200 entreprises partenaires répartis entre le Portugal, l'Espagne, la France, la Belgique, le Luxembourg et la Pologne, où nous comptons plus de 2 200 sites sous contrat.

En tant que Operations Manager - Maintenance & Usage pour la France, tu auras un poste clé, chargé de faire grandir et gérer l'équipe maintenance & exploitation de Powerdot France, constituée de chefs de projets et techniciens. Ton rôle sera dynamique, avec une multitude de fonctions:
- Stratégie et organisation opérationnelle pour maximiser la disponibilité et l'utilisation de nos bornes:
- Etablir notre stratégie de maintenance, en utilisant nos ressources internes et prestataires externes, en collaboration étroite avec le Ops Manager - Déploiement Définir un mode opératoire et un plan pour exécuter cette stratégie
- Organiser l'équipe de manière à mettre à execution la stratégie et le plan d'approche
- Gestion de projet:
- Projet transformationnel
- Suivre l'avancement par rapport au plan d'approche défini, avec des jalons, des responsables et des dates butoirs clés
- Définir et suivre les KPI, caractérisant le succès de ta stratégie et ton mode opératoire
- Projet volumique
- Suivre l'avancement de chaque intervention de maintenance
- Définir et suivre les KPI, caractérisant le succès d'une intervention
- Gestion de qualité:
- S'assurer que les interventions de maintenance sont réalisées selon les règles de l'art
- Mettre en place un suivi analytique de la qualité
- Gestion d'équipe:
- Animer l'équipe de chefs de projet et techniciens au quotidien avec des points d'équipe réguliers, des formations et des objectifs clairs
- S'assurer que les meilleures pratiques sont adoptées par toute l'équipe
- Suivre analytiquement les performances de chacun
- Développer les aptitudes de chaque chef de projet et technicien pour l'aider à grandir et se sublimer
- Supervision des bornes: mettre en place les process déclenchés par les alertes de notre logiciel de supervision, signalant les bornes présentant des anomalies
- Support utilisateur
- Résoudre les problèmes utilisateurs
- Automatiser toutes les étapes qui peuvent l'être, en identifiant les sujets d'appels récurrents
- Être la voix du client au sein de Powerdot et notamment auprès de l'équipe Produit
**Profil recherché**
**De formation Bac+5 Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent**
