**Description du poste**:
Chez **Heero Consulting**, nous recherchons une ou un **Brand and Marketing Manager **pour accompagner et structurer notre équipe **dès le 15 septembre 2023.**
Voici l’ensemble des missions que tu seras amené.e à avoir, mais sache que si tu ne coches pas toutes les cases et que tu ressens à la lecture que tu pourrais faire de grandes choses parmi nous, n’hésite pas à postuler.

**Description du poste**

**Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing globale et cohérente**:

- Analyser les tendances du marché et la concurrence,
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan marketing annuel,
- Créer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes marketing ciblées,
- Définir les objectifs et KPIs marketing,
- Adapter la stratégie en fonction des évolutions du marché et des résultats obtenus.

**Gérer l’ensemble des activités marketing**:

- Coordonner les actions growth, contenu et social media,
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) pour mesurer l’efficacité des actions,
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer une communication fluide et efficace,
- Évaluer et optimiser en permanence les processus marketing,
- Coordonner les campagnes de communication internes et externes.

**Identifier les opportunités de croissance**:

- Rechercher de nouveaux marchés et segments de clients,
- Proposer des initiatives marketing/growth innovantes,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale,
- Coordonner les actions promotionnelles et les événements.

**Superviser la création et la diffusion de contenu**:

- Coordonner la stratégie de contenu et le calendrier éditorial,
- Superviser la production de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux, le site web, les blogs et autres supports,
- Assurer la cohérence et la qualité du contenu produit,
- Coordonner les relations publiques et médiatiques.

**Gérer les relations avec les agences et les partenaires externes**:

- Sélectionner et gérer les agences de communication, de publicité et autres prestataires,
- Négocier les contrats et les budgets avec les partenaires,
- Assurer un suivi régulier et une communication efficace avec les partenaires.

**Gérer et développer l’équipe marketing**:

- Recruter et former les membres de l’équipe Brand and Marketing,
- Évaluer les performances de l’équipe et identifier les besoins en formation,
- Encourager un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif.

**Déroulement des entretiens**
- ** Un premier appel** (20’) avec **Marc** (Executive Assistant), pour apprendre à te connaître et t'en dire plus sur Heero Consulting.
- ** Un échange en visio** (45’) avec **Erika**, la Chief Operating Officer,
- ** Présentation d’un cas d’usage** (1h00) auprès de **Cécile** (Head of Sales), **Enzo** (CEO) et **Valentin** (SDR),
- ** Une journée d'immersion** où tu auras l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur la culture de Heero.

**Profil recherché**:
Un aperçu de ce que l’on recherche
- Diplôme en communication, marketing, relations publiques ou domaine similaire
- Expérience de 1 à 3 ans en communication, idéalement dans un environnement startup
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais
