Rattaché(e) au Chief Investment Officer, l’équipe Infrastructure est responsable de la gestion des fonds de dettes Infrastructures senior et junior (processus d’investissement, acquisition, analyse et suivi des créances).
Avec plus de 70 investissements représentant environ EUR 2 milliards depuis, l’équipe Infrastructure de SCOR Investment Partners est un des principaux gestionnaires de fonds de dette Infrastructure européen.
Les principales fonctions et caractéristiques du poste sont:
**Relations avec les sponsors/banques et recherche d’opportunités**:
- Être en contact avec les sponsors, les banques, les conseils financiers et les sponsors actifs dans les secteurs de l’énergie et des infrastructures
- Sélectionner les créances dans le respect de la stratégie d’investissement et des procédures définies pour le fonds.
**Analyse et exécution des opérations de financement**:
- Analyser les modèles financiers et réaliser des scénarios dégradés
- Analyser les aspects juridiques, techniques, financiers et fiscaux du projet en s’appuyant sur des due diligences réalisés par des conseils extérieurs
- Produire une analyse crédit décrivant tous les risques inhérents au projet ainsi que les mitigants mis en place et présenter l’opération en comité d’investissement
- Négocier la documentation des prêts et participer aux closings.
**Suivi des opérations d’investissement**:
- Vérifier le bon déroulement des opérations en portefeuille
- Exécution des demandes (amendements, waivers, etc.) liées aux opérations en portefeuille
- Assurer la gestion administrative et financière du fonds dans le cadre des contraintes réglementaires, des règles du fonds et des procédures internes au groupe
- Faire l’interface avec les autres intervenants du fonds (dépositaire, commissaires aux comptes )
**Relations avec les investisseurs**:
- Participer à la commercialisation des fonds
- Suivi des relations avec les investisseurs avec les équipes Sales et Marketing.
**Expérience**:
- Expérience de 8 à 12 ans dans le financement de projets, avec un focus dans le secteur Energie
- Bénéficier d’une expertise technique élevée dans ce domaine
- Bilingue anglais.

**Niveau académique:
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’Ingénieurs ou d’un troisième cycle en Finance (Master 2 / Bac+5)
