L’analyste Investment & Asset Management vient en appui de l’équipe immobilière et l’assiste dans les étapes du processus d'acquisition et de la gestion.
Son action s’inscrit dans le cadre des procédures en place et porte sur l’ensemble des actifs sous la gestion d’Altarea Investment Managers.
Les principales responsabilités sont :
- Analyser les opportunités d’investissement sourcées et identifiées par l’équipe
- Tenir le fichier de suivi de sourcing immobilier
- Contribuer à la modélisation et l’analyse financière des opérations (business-plans à critères et scenarios multiples, analyses de sensibilité du TRI, …)
- Synthétiser les éléments de marché, juridiques, financiers, fiscaux et techniques d’une opération
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des dossiers d’investissement
- Assister l’équipe immobilière dans la préparation des Comités d’Investissement
- Participer à la réalisation des due diligences en lien avec les prestataires juridiques, financiers techniques…
- Préparer la prise en gestion des immeubles acquis
- Assister les équipes d’Asset Management dans leurs missions : valorisation des actifs, relations avec les différents prestataires externes, suivi des performances ESG des actifs, mise à jour des business plan
- Réaliser des études et missions ponctuelles et transverses
Profil recherché
- Etudiant(e) BAC+4/+5 issu(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieur avec spécialité finance/immobilier de préférence
- Expérience préalable dans le domaine de la finance et/ou de l’immobilier
- Bonne maitrise d'Excel notamment en tant qu’outil de modélisation
- Bonne maitrise de Power Point
- Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, aptitudes analytiques et rédactionnelles, capacités de synthèse
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
