BizDev Solutions, agence spécialisée en génération de leads, aide les entreprises du secteur des hautes technologies (éditeurs de logiciels, agences webmarketing, industries innovantes, ESN) à se développer en offrant un service commercial haut de gamme, sur-mesure et opérationnel.

Pour accompagner la croissance de son activité, notre jeune entreprise à taille humaine recherche sa/son Sales Development Representative - Manager

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**
En étroite collaboration avec le dirigeant, vous participez à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise, vous accompagnez vos premiers clients, à terme vous managez une équipe commerciale.

Le poste repose sur de la **polyvalence**, sur les **outils de growth hacking** et les **techniques commerciales**. Les missions sont:
**1/ Définir la campagne de prospection et animer votre portefeuille client**
- Tu analyses l’activité des clients pour co-construire une stratégie de conquête performante en lien avec les objectifs fixés.
- Tu accompagnes personnellement 4 à 5 clients simultanément. Tu auras donc à travailler pour des clients différents, faire la promotion de divers produits ou services.
- Tu animes les réunions de lancement avec les clients te permettant de recueillir les informations nécessaires à la bonne exécution de ta mission. Tu assures la relation et le suivi avec les clients. Tu deviendras l’ambassadeur de tes clients
- Tu prépares tous les argumentaires, scripts téléphoniques, réponses aux objections des campagnes. Un bon travail de copywriting pour maitriser tes campagnes
- Tu réalises les actions de prospection téléphonique via notre outil.
- Tu établis un état d’avancement de la mission au client tout au long de la collaboration pour rendre compte des actions commerciales réalisées et proposes de nouveaux axes de développement.

**2/Construire et enrichir nos bases de données et configurer nos outils**
- Tu construis et enrichis les fichiers de prospection par du scrapping de data.
- La connaissance/utilisation de Web Scraper, Dropcontact, Evaboot, Phantombuster, Sales Navigator, serait un plus_. Sinon pas panique, nous te formerons à ces outils.
- Tu configures tous les outils de marketing automation : Waalaxy, Lemlist,
- Tu génères des leads qualifiés et organises des RDV business avec les clients.

**3/ A horizon 1 an : Recruter et manager ton équipe de commerciaux**
- Tu recruteras et manageras ton équipe commerciale de 2 à 4 personnes. Tu devras animer et motiver ton équipe pour leur permettre d’atteindre des objectifs.
- Tu partageras tes méthodes et tes pratiques et veilleras à la montée en compétence de l’équipe.

**ET A PROPOS DE TOI ?**
- Idéalement de formation commerciale Bac+2 minimum (BTS NDRC) ou Bac 4/5 (école de management), les notions de « scrapping de data », « growth hacking » ou encore « copywritting » n’ont plus aucun secret.
- Tu as **au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine commercial** / Marketing numérique
- Tu disposes **nécessairement de compétences en prospection** (principalement digitales), et idéalement en **growth hacking** et **copywritting**.
- Tu disposes de **bonnes aptitudes relationnelles tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit** afin de développer des contacts privilégiés avec les clients, et d’une **bonne capacité d’écoute** afin de comprendre les besoins des clients et des prospects.
- Tu sais faire preuve d’initiatives et de décisions et tu as un esprit entrepreneurial.
