Dans le cadre de notre développement nous recherchons notre:
**Key account executive (H/F)**

**Les enjeux du poste**:

- Le/la Key Account Executive a la charge du suivi d'un portefeuille clients digitaux Wholesalers et Market places (français et internationaux) gérés par le Groupe Beaumanoir.
- Il/elle est le garant du bon déploiement de la stratégie des marques et de l’excellence de l’expérience client à travers ce canal de distribution.
- Il/elle a la charge opérationnelle de certains grands comptes internationaux
- Il/elle veille au développement des partenariats B2B/B2C Pureplayers de son portefeuille, et au pilotage de leurs performances.

**Vos missions**:
1/ Commerce:

- Négociations des conditions commerciales avec les grands comptes et réalisation des prévisions de vente et des budgets annuels.
- Suivi des performances des grands comptes Pureplayers et analyses hebdomadaires/mensuelles, notamment sur les indicateurs de CA sell in, CA sell out, prix moyen, KPI opérationnels (création des catalogues, SLA de livraison, logistique, négociation des retours, budgets marketing ).

3/ Opérations et coordination légale:

- Coordination de la mise en ligne des collections chaque saison (qualité des fiches produit, coordination des besoins pour les shootings, des échantillons, liste des prix pour chaque marché européen ).

4/ Marketing focus:

- Mise en place des plans d’activation saisonniers.
- Mise à jour de brandstores sur les sites partenaires, et de contenus enrichis pour booster la conversion des collections et garantir l’identité de nos marques
- En charge de la coordination des Plans d'Action Commerciaux et Plans d'Action Marketing, définition du budget, paramétrage et optimisation

Bac +4/5 et 3 ans ou + d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la mode. Une expérience « pure player » ou de gestion de grands comptes est recommandée.

Vous avez de **fortes capacités de négociation**, connaissances en e-commerce, merchandising et/ou en gestion de Marketplace, une capacité d’analyse, organisation et rigueur, et l'attention aux détails.

Doté(e) d'une excellente communication, vous savez faire preuve d'agilité.

La maitrise de l'**anglais courant** et du** Pack Office** est requise pour ce poste.
