Notre client est une société fabricante et distributrice de produits

et solutions chimiques à destinations d'industriels de la pharmacie,

des ingrédients actifs et des traitements des eaux. En tant que

Product Leader H/F spécialisé sur le silicone, vous construisez et

animez une stratégie de gestion de produit silicone qui permet

l'augmentation des ventes et l'amélioration de la marge matériel au

sein de l'entreprise.

RATTACHÉ(E) À LA DIRECTION GÉNÉRALE FRANCE, VOS MISSIONS

CONSISTENT À:

- Déployer une stratégie produit, focalisée sur le développement

commercial, la gestion du pricing, et la gestion des stocks en

collaboration avec les équipes approvisionnement et ventes ;
- Gérer les gammes produits attitrées au silicone et les

développer à travers l'équipe de vente afin de décupler nos

ventes stratégiques ;
- Développer une stratégie fournisseur ainsi que son exécution ;
- Assister l'équipe de vente avec une composante technique sur les
- Interagir avec toutes les divisions de notre entreprise afin

d'assurer un cycle achat-vente fluide et efficace ;
- Manager une équipe autour de votre stratégie.

**Description du profil**:
Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en école de commerce

ou d'une école technique, VOUS DISPOSEZ DE MINIMUM 10 ANS

D'EXPÉRIENCE SUR DES FONCTIONS COMMERCIALES AVEC UN BAGAGE TECHNIQUE

CONSÉQUENT EN SILICONE.

Vous souhaitez vous investir au sein d'un grand groupe international

au méthodes de fonctionnement qui vous permet d'entreprendre et qui

facilite la prise de décision.

La rigueur, l'organisation et le sens du service client seront des

atouts pour votre réussite au sein de cette entreprise ;
Vous êtes mobile géographiquement, et vous acceptez de découcher
