- YOUR ROLE
Your role will be to support the Sustainable Sites CSR Expert in driving CEVA sites’ environmental objectives with Regions and Clusters, leading pilot projects to improve site sustainability and participating in CEVA's employee CSR engagement program (‘Engage for Good’).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Participate to the Sustainable sites strategy: launching and monitoring high-stakes environmental projects, sharing best practice between countries and regions, monitoring green goals in the Regions (and cluster in Europe) and updating/extending objectives for 2026-2030, analysis of data from CSR reporting on the scope of sites, contribution to the preparation of the 2026 budget
- Co-hosting the ‘Engage for Good’ employee engagement challenge
- Co-launch, with the CMA CGM Group, internal environmental labels for sites
- Co-launch, with the CMA CGM Group, of a global network of CSR Ambassadors
- Coordination of the global CSR network (liaison with global teams and organization of bi-monthly and quarterly meetings)
- In conjunction with Real Estate, checking environmental checklists for new leased sites
- Participate in the deployment of the CSRD and draft the ‘Sites’ section of the CMA CGM sustainability report
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master's degree
- 1 year in CSR or environment
- At ease with Excel
- Project management skills
- Good oral communication skills in English and French
- Good written communication skills in English and French
