**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Au sein de l’organisation Ressources Humaines, Vous intégrez le centre de service partagé Total Rewards Europe visant à délivrer l’expertise et le service en rémunération, avantages sociaux et mobilité internationale pour l’ensemble des entités du groupe Air Liquide en Europe.

Sous le mentoring du leader de cette activité et dans un contexte de création d’une équipe d’experts, vous participez à la collecte des données et pratiques de la fonction en place dans les entités, êtes soutien aux projets de transformation et participez à la vie opérationnelle du service.

Avec l’appui de nos équipes et de votre manager, vous assurerez notamment les missions suivantes:

- Construire un inventaire des politiques, données et pratiques en place au sein des différentes entités du périmètre
- Participer et accompagner sur un projet d’harmonisation de politique et sa mise en oeuvre
- Participer au quotidien aux processus rémunérations (campagne annuelle de révision salariale, bonus, enquête de rémunération, grading)
- Conduire des analyses et construire des tableaux de bord de pilotage des activités et de soutien auprès des clients internes
