We are looking for a Global Rewards Specialist in our Paris office, to be part of our People and Culture team.- As a Global Rewards Specialist, you will report to the Global Rewards Manager and play a pivotal role in formulating, implementing, and supervising a comprehensive and competitive total rewards strategy for Human8’s employees worldwide (17 countries).**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive total rewards and recognition programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards and company objectives.
- Participate in set up/ development of HRIS system and reporting with regards to total rewards and recognition topics.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and manage the annual salary review process, including coordinating with managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of salary adjustments.
- Oversee the Payroll & Benefits team and the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and trends related to total rewards and participate in People & Culture projects (e.g. 4 day workweek).
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and make sure the relevant people (e.g. Payroll & Benefits Administrators, HRBPs) are informed of the changes/updates.
- Conduct regular audits and analyses of total rewards programs to assess their effectiveness, their compliance with our pay equity principles and make recommendations for improvements.
- Answer external audits and provide support in ESG and DEI related work for the total rewards and recognition topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People and Culture, Finance, and Legal, to ensure effective communication and coordination of total rewards initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to People and Culture team members and managers regarding total rewards and recognition-related matters.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs for managers and employees on total rewards policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to total rewards and recognition programs and their budget, and approve the invoices related to these.
- Identify innovative trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Rewards Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a global environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive knowledge of designing and managing total rewards and recognition programs.
- Experience in conducting market analysis and job evaluations.
- Strong understanding of HRIS and compensation software tools.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse global environment.
