Global Client Management Stagiaire

L’équipe « Client management » au sein de SCOR L&H a pour objectif d’ animer la communauté des commerciaux dans les différents marchés et de mettre à disposition des outils pour leur permettre de structurer l’approche commerciale. Elle est notamment garante du bon fonctionnement et de la pertinence du CRM Salesforce, et s’efforce de maintenir la qualité des données qui y sont rentrées
- **Outil CRM, Salesforce**:vous aiderez à améliorer la qualité des données dans Salesforce et vous participerez aux divers projets d’amélioration et d’intégration des fonctionnalités de l’outil (minimum 50% du temps).
- **Contenu clients **:Vous participerez à l’élaboration et la mise à jour de documents, présentations (PPT,) ou toute forme de communication destinées à nos clients ou équipes commerciales internes et serez garant de la cohérence d’ensemble. Vous vous assurez que ces documents sont accessibles et enregistrés de manière appropriée.
- **Connaissance clients et marché **:Vous contribuerez à l’activité de veille de nos clients et de notre écosystème, procéderez à l’analyse des données clients, de notre portefeuille, de résultats d’enquête clients etc
La liste des missions est donnée à titre indicatif et peut être amenée à varier en fonction des potentielles réorganisations au sein de SCOR. Vous pourrez être amené à apporter des soutiens ponctuels à différents membres de l’équipe dans leurs missions.
- Formation école de commerce (minimum 3ème année) ou université (minimum licence)
- Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- La maîtrise de Salesforce, Power BI et/ou Tableau ainsi qu’une expérience en gestion de projets seraient un plus
- Vous êtes curieux, créatif, polyvalent avec l’esprit d’initiative
- Vous savez travailler en équipe et également seul, en grande autonomie.
- Vous disposez d’un très bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, ainsi que d’un bon niveau de français oral
