Seppic continues to grow and develop in the pharmaceutical markets by offering to its customers innovative, high quality formulation solutions for all routes of administration. To support its global development in the pharmaceutical and nutrition markets, and continue to support its customers throughout their product development lifecycle, Seppic is recruiting a Technical & Customer Support Manager - Oral Forms.
Within the Seppic Global Marketing Department, and reporting to the Marketing head of the pharmacy and dermopharmacy activity; you will join the Marketing team dedicated to our range of pharmaceutical ingredients. You will be more specifically in charge of the technical and customer support for our range of oral forms and work in strong collaboration with product managers and internal technical teams dedicated to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical formulations.
In the role, you will be a key player to provide technical assistance and customer support for your range of oral products in the domain of pharmaceutical and nutrition activity through the following missions:
- Maintain close collaboration with sales teams: marketing and technical support, training of sales teams, accompaniment to customer meetings, etc.
- Follow-up/steering of key customer technical projects, interfacing with Research & Innovation and customer technical support departments.
- Providing support on the coating process: parameters optimization, new equipment use, troubleshooting issues.
- Be proactive recommending solutions to our customers coming across formulation issues
- Support R&I teams for on site technical assistance on projects with Seppic products (lab, pilot or industrial scale).
- Create marketing / technical documents like process / formulation troubleshooting charts, excipient selection guide / formulation advice, process videos, scientific articles etc.
- Work closely with internal teams to organize technical training programs for customers.

**Are you a MATCH?
Graduated with a Master/Engineer degree of Sciences, Chemistry, Food sciences, you master tablet-coating process and know about the other dry form processes (direct compression, granulation, etc).
- 1-2 years experience in galenic of oral solid dosage forms
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit and team spirit, excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strongly results oriented and customer driven
- Adaptable, organized and sense of responsibility
- Highly analytical and proactive with strong problem solving skills
- Curiosity, creativity and openness
Position based in Paris. Travels within France and / or the EU (accounting for 20-30% of the time).
