Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Provide technical support to customers and sales/marketing teams for new and existing products. Analyze technical feasibility and resolve non-QA issues in pre-sales and after-sales stages. Monitor customer technical improvements and identify customer needs and competitor weaknesses to inform R&D and marketing strategies. Ensure adoption of Linxens standards in new industry norms and standards.
Your missions:
- Anticipate technological changes and integrate them into our product roadmap.- Analyze competitors' technical performance and create "fighting guides" for marketing.- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers and suppliers.- Attend customer meetings with the sales team, providing technical support.- Coordinate technical feasibility studies for product changes.- Draft technical specifications based on customer requirements.- Manage customer technical feedback and resolve issues.- Propose technical recommendations to meet customer needs.- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and Linxens standards.- Participate in New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Material & Surface treatments- Knowledge of mechanical and chemical product characteristics- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers (technical credibility)- Strong analytical, synthesis, and persuasive abilities- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit- Customer-oriented with the ability to develop close relationships- English and French fluently
