Coach Craftsmanship Senior

Afin d?accompagner à différents niveaux notre transformation digitale, nous avons besoin d?un-e Coach Soft Craftsmanship spécialisé-e dans la Continuous Delivery (Clean Code, TDD, BDD, DDD).
En tant que Coach Craftmanship, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes:
- Être le référent en matière de pratiques de Software Craftmanship
- Mettre en place l?encadrement et le mentorat des équipes Delivery en veillant aux bonnes pratiques de Software Craftmanship
- Promouvoir et faciliter l?adoption du software craftsmanship au sein des équipes par la mise en place de coaching, de mentorat, d?ateliers et de formation (kata, dojo)
- Évaluer la maturité software craftsmanship de chaque équipe Delivery, pour identifier leurs objectifs d?amélioration et définir leur processus de coaching à suivre afin d?atteindre une maturité en termes de Continuous Delivery
- Accompagner le démarrage des projets, conseiller les équipes pour les aider à améliorer leur méthodes agiles (BDD, TDD, Clean Code, refactoring, leur stratégie de test et le Trunk Based Development)
- Accompagner la création des squads via du peer programming, ou tout autres pratiques de développement pour permettre aux équipes de développer les bons outils répondant aux besoins des clients rapidement et efficacement
