Elle permet à chacun-e de réaliser le projet qui lui tient à cœur en collectant de l’argent pour offrir un cadeau commun, organiser un événement à plusieurs ou concrétiser un projet solidaire.

En 2021, 215 millions d’euros ont été collectés sur la plateforme dont 40 millions d’euros pour des projets solidaires.

La société est dirigée par Alix Poulet et compte 70 collaborateurs basés à Paris.

Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe « Produit », composée de Product Designer, UX Researcher et Data Analyst, tu es au cœur de l’évolution de l’expérience utilisateur travaillant de pair avec les différentes équipes métiers (technique, lutte contre la fraude, service client et marketing) sur des besoins et problématiques stratégiques. Tu interviens sur l’ensemble du cycle produit : discovery, delivery, run.

En tant que Product Manager Senior voici tes missions:

- Tu identifies les market fit de demain en analysant les opportunités de marché, les besoins et les problématiques de nos utilisateurs et ce en anticipant les risques afin de développer l’innovation et de proposer les initiatives qui construiront l’avenir de notre produit
- Tu as une approche user centric, tu identifies et comprends les besoins et les problématiques de nos utilisateurs externes et internes et ce en continu
- Tu as compris que l’expérience utilisateur ne se résume pas à mettre en production des fonctionnalités et tu t’assures que chaque personne de l’entreprise devienne un ambassadeur du produit. Pour ce faire, tu construis et communiques tous les éléments indispensables pour mener à bien cette mission (research deck, product roadmap, etc..)
- Tu ne fais qu’un avec le design sur la partie exploratoire et la définition des interfaces (réalisation de mockups, itérations design)
- Tu rédiges les User Stories et tu les expliques aux équipes de développement et QA et tu participes activement au cycle de développement
- Tu recettes les fonctionnalités développées
- Tu définis et tu suis, en collaboration avec l’équipe Analytics, les KPI de ton périmètre afin d’identifier les éventuels problèmes ou opportunités
- Tu aimes parler produit et apporter de la pédagogie : échanger sur les bonnes pratiques, partager les assets

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en product management
- Tu as déjà travaillé sur des app mobiles et tu as une bonne culture design ainsi que de solides notions UX/UI
- Tu es polyvalent-e, à l'aise à l’oral : tu sais évangéliser et motiver les troupes autour d’une vision commune
- Tu es un-e excellent-e team player
- Curieux-se, créatif-ve
- Motivé-e, logique, rigoureux-se et organisé-e
