Au sein du **secteur des usinages de pièces métalliques du site de Nantes**, vous intègrerez une **équipe dynamique et à la recherche de nouveaux projets ou industrialisation** en tant que **Quality Conformance Manager (F/H) **et aurez ainsi en charge l'ensemble des missions Qualité sur ce périmètre.
Vous serez le point focal Qualité pour les projets suivants : A350 ULR, A350 Freighter, Nervure Magellan, Transfer of Work?.
**Vos principales missions consisteront à**:
Etre le point focal de la fonction qualité au sein d'un pôle multi-métier Industrialisation
Identifier les caractéristiques clés produits et challenger celles-ci avec les équipes multi métiers (Bureau d'Etudes, Préparation Technique,?)
Suivre la non-qualité et participer au traitement de celle-ci
Participer aux activités multi-métiers (PFMEA, analyse de la non-qualité, résolution de problème?)
Réaliser un handover entre les activités industrialisation et série
Établir les chiffrages des activités qualité sur les futures industrialisation
Ces projets d'industrialisation participent au développement constant du secteur des usinages de pièces métalliques. Ils permettent d'asseoir encore davantage le secteur ZINC de Nantes en tant que site référent de pièces métalliques d'Airbus Atlantic.
**Profil recherché**:
**Votre profil**:
Titulaire d'un **BAC+2/3 en Gestion de Production et/ou Qualité**, vous justifiez de **plus de 5 ans d'expérience industrielle dont 3 dans le domaine de la Qualité**.
Compétences techniques: Maitrise des outils qualité (résolution de problèmes, 8D, Ishikawa,...), des connaissances CAO sur CATIA seraient un plus.
Soft skills: Esprit de synthèse, autonomie, assertivité, sens de la négociation, rigueur et organisation.
Langues: Anglais technique et Français courant exigés.
Cet emploi exige une connaissance des risques de conformité potentiels et un engagement à agir avec intégrité, comme base de la réussite, de la réputation et de la croissance durable de la société.
