- Sous la responsabilité du Directeur/trice Hospitality et B to B, vous pilotez l’activité et la gestion quotidienne du bar et de manière fonctionnelle du Pathé Café. Vous avez également la charge de superviser l’offre restauration des prestations événementielles.**Nous vous proposons le challenge suivant**:

- En tant que Manager Food & Beverage, vos responsabilités principales comprennent la gestion des opérations de toute l’activité bar (mise en place d’indicateurs de performance, optimisation du CA ) y compris la gestion des équipes afin d’assurer une présence terrain (horaires, coordination des activités ). A ce titre, vous organisez les briefs d’avant et de fin de service pour assurer la mise en place des tables.- Vous avez également la charge de recruter, superviser, animer et former les équipes du bar et du Pathé Café et transmettez chaque mois les éléments nécessaires à la réalisation des paies au Responsable d’exploitation RH.- Vous assurez une rentabilité de l’activité restauration en contrôlant le niveau des stocks afin de minimiser les pertes et répondre à notre démarche RSE mais aussi en maitrisant les coûts en lien avec le plan d’action commerciales défini.- Pour assurer un service personnalisé, vous définissez l’offre de restauration du Bar, du Pathé Café et vous contribuez à affiner l’offre de restauration B to B en fonction des retours clients. Vous effectuez une veille sur des tendances du marché ainsi que des audits réguliers pour améliorer l’offre.-
- Pathé Palace ayant pour vocation d’être un lieu de rencontres, vous êtes responsable de l’accueil de la clientèle sur l’espace restauration ainsi que de la bonne fluidité de l’attente client.- Enfin, vous devez d’établir un suivi opérationnel : inventaires, commandes marchandises**Profil**:
