**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Mission - Team purpose**:
Steer and manage risks related to the retail Life & Savings products; lead an effective second opinion process (local and global) to drive business sustainability; and ensure Group-wide continuous improvement and strong quality of Life products.
**Main Accountabilities**:
- Drive strong product risk management in Life business of local entities
- Conduct In-Depth Reviews of AXA subsidiaries’ Life business. Key objectives are (i) assessment of the quality of product range and new business especially in GA products, and (ii) identification of technical issues and comparison to Group standards
- Lead Product Review for entities in Europe, to assess and improve the management of individual life and savings risks
- Lead the Group Risk Management (GRM) approval process of new Life products
- Ensure strong quality of all new individual life products developed locally through Product Approval Process and assess all product referrals to GRM
- Define and update the PAP requirements and any additional governance requirements
- Ensure coordination with the Risk Management teams in the local entities and the market or the regional offices
- Drive Life Risk Management culture
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the risk standards and guidelines relating to individual life products and their implementation in entities
- Develop Life Risk Management community, composed of Life Risk Management representatives from the local entities, Life experts at the Group level, as well as product managers at entities
- Help AXA’s subsidiaries resolve local risk management issues on Life products
- Provide support to AXA’s subsidiaries on local issues where GRM assistance brings added value
- Lead and actively contribute to expert working groups across entities, and ensure best practice sharing and knowledge management in relation to individual life products
**Key Relationships in AXA Group**:
- GRM departments
- Finance departments
- Local Heads of Life, Actuarial Function Holders, Chief Risk Officers and L&S technical specialists in local subsidiaries
**Votre profil**:
**Background**:
- 10-15+ years of experience within individual life and savings product management and EV work as an actuary, preferably including experience in more than one country
- Some exposure to actuarial solvency work is desirable
- French speaking is a plus
**Technical skills**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of individual life and savings product design, management and pricing methodologies and tools, and solvency management
- Working knowledge of asset liability management and its implications in long term guaranteed products
- IFRS and financial reporting knowledge is desirable
**Key capabilities**:
- Ability to effectively convey complex issues into clear and easy-to-understand oral or written presentations in English
- Ability to relate technical metrics to commercial objectives, and communicate these objectives effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work transversally in a global organisation, and align multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Highly self-motivated with a high level of autonomy and ability to define and lead projects
