Your missions:
Reporting directly to the Finance Department, your objectives will be to:
- Meet the requirements of the Finance, General and Group Departments, particularly in terms of meeting closing and reporting deadlines,- Guarantee the company's accounting figures at the monthly closure,- Organise and supervising closures (costs, fixed assets, depreciation, provisions, etc.) and carrying out relevant analyses of variances in relation to budgets/forecasts,- Participate in the production of multi-annual budgets, budget reviews (3 forecasts per year) and monthly reviews (Rolling forecasts).

All the above in compliance with the Group's guidelines.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

- Accounting:
- Monitoring and checking accounting entries made by the team,- Monthly and annual cut-off entries,- Checking and justifying balance sheet account balances,- Ensuring compliance with IFRS standards applicable within the company,- Tax returns,- Reconciliation of payroll data, support in checking social security contributions and declarations in conjunction with the Human Resources team.
- Financial:
- Participating in drawing up business plans and forecasts and managing uploads to the SAP system,- Updating the variance analysis file after monthly closings, in comparison with the plan and forecast,- Participation in the preparation of the rolling forecast,- Preparation of quarterly estimates of ebit, ebitda, ebitdac.

Each of these tasks is carried out in accordance with the financial calendars for France and the Group.

This position requires a high degree of availability for monthly and annual closures.

Some travels within Europe are to be expected.
