Dans le cadre de notre objectif ambitieux de financer plus d 1 Mds de projets d ici 2027, nous recherchons un(e) **Energy Manager** en CDI qui aura comme rôle principal de **développer des projets d efficacité énergétique** allant de l identification des actions à intégrer dans la rénovation énergétique jusqu à la réalisation avec engagement de performance (CPE).
Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec l'équipe des opérations.

Dans une **équipe de 5 personnes**, vos activités principales seront les suivantes:
I. En phase d **étude/avant projet**
- Assurer la **récupération des données** nécessaires au projet de rénovation (audit, données de consommations, plans, DPE, DOE )
- ** Analyser les données de consommation** au regard des données contextuelles du site (exploitation, climat, localisation, usage etc.)
- Réaliser les **visites d actifs**:

- Challenger les **solutions techniques** proposées et les données de référence utilisées par les bureaux d études partenaires
- Participer aux échanges avec les **bureaux d études, AMO** et fabricants partenaires
- Préparer les **présentations des résultats** des études pour les clients et participer aux réunions

II. En phase **projet**
- Apporter un **support technique** au(x) chef(fes) de projet travaux
- S assurer que les travaux concernant le **suivi énergétique** (mise en place de compteur, historisation des données via une GTB, etc.) sont correctement mis en place
- Préparer les documents nécessaires à l obtention de subvention (CEE, etc.)

III. **Missions annexes**
- Analyser les éventuelles **dérives de consommation énergétique** après travaux
- Contribuer à la** création d outils opérationnels **(analyse énergétique, vérification, etc.)
- Participer à la mise en service de nos outils tech internes
- Enrichir la **veille **interne sur les sujets liés à la rénovation énergétique, les solutions techniques innovantes, les contraintes réglementaires, le secteur de l immobilier

Profil recherché
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 en** école d'ingénieur ou équivalent avec une dominante en énergie ou environnement**:

- Vous justifiez d'une **expérience de 3 ans** minimum dans l'**efficacité énergétique**:

- Vous parlez** couramment français** et avez un très bon niveau **d'anglais**:

- ** Organisé(e), adaptable **et **réactif(ve)**, vous avez une forte **capacité d'analyse et de synthèse** et savez **gérer votre temps** efficacement
- Vous avez un intérêt particulier pour le **développement durable, l’énergie & l’immobilier**
