We are looking for a **Customer Technical Support **under unlimited contract to join our team

Our MATERI’ACT activity is looking for is based in Lyon.

**Main responsabilities**:
Integrated within the Sales & Programs organization of the MATERI'ACT division, the Customer Technical Support Manager is reporting to Sales and Program director.

His/her main mission is to provide **technical expertise to the sales team** and customers on the deployment of polymer products. This role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure the success of new and existing polymer deployment projects, as well as developing and implementing technical training programs for the sales team and customers.

**Main mission of the role**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful deployment of new and existing polymer projects.
- Develop and implement technical training programs for the sales team and customers to improve their knowledge of polymer deployment.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in polymer deployment and develop new solutions for customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Analyze data on polymer deployment projects to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for customers.
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay informed about the latest trends and network with potential customers.
- Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
- Ideally 5 - 10 years of professional experience in Engineering or Manufacturing in Automotive sector (car manufacturer/Tier)
- Established personal relationship with one or two OEMs within the relevant markets
- Has knowledge or experience working with R&D team and sales teams
- Ability to communicate, customer relationship management & negotiation, good communication & presentation skills,
- Accountable & results oriented, team player
- International mindset
- English is mandatory
