At Insight, our Innovation Center, located in Lyon, we are recruiting today. We are currently looking for passionate people ready to make a difference in the following open position: Customer Technical Support.

Within the Insight Team, you manage and coordinate technical support and activities with customers in development of drug delivery devices and primary packaging solutions. You are the key technical point of contact on industrialized Nemera OIP (Own Intellectual Property) products of a given delivery route.
- Lead technical support to product sales
- Support Sales team for prospection or customer follow up meetings
- Support customers’ projects from product understanding to product life cycle & market feedback
- Ensure follow-up of all customers’ activities, in connection with Sales force, manufacturing plants, regulatory and process expertise, product design teams.
- Coordinate technical product Life Cycle activities on a given delivery route
- Take over product technical responsibility from the development team once product enters Life Cycle phase (after product is industrialized)
- Coordinate technical topics from end of development through life cycle, including test development, product change management and any related services
- Coordinate & support investigations & problem solving linked to the product
- Support manufacturing plants for complaints’ investigations
- Support customers for problem solving & compatibility issues between customer formulation & Nemera product

**Required Profile**:
Engineering degree in mechanics, materials or statistics.

You have at least an 8-year experience in development projects, within leading multidisciplinary project team and having direct customer contact.

You have an ability to understand customer needs and also to argue / convince them when needed. You can analyze, synthetize and present relevant analytical data and technical answers to customers.

You are good at networking in order to support a multi-site organization / multi-projects & customers activities.

You have strong leadership, convincing and communication abilities.

Au sein d’Insight, notre Centre d'Innovation, nous recrutons aujourd'hui en CDI un.e **Ingénieur.e Support Technique Clientèle**

Intégré.e à l’équipe multidisciplinaire d’Insight, vous gérez et coordonnez le support technique et le lien avec les clients, dans le cadre des projets de développement de dispositifs d'administration de médicaments et de solutions d'emballage primaire. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) technique clé sur les produits en nom propre Nemera industrialisés.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Apporter un support technique à l'équipe commerciale lors les réunions de prospection ou de suivi client
- Soutenir techniquement les propositions commerciales des clients et les aider dans la compréhension du produit jusqu’au au cycle de vie du produit
- Assurer le suivi de toutes les activités des clients, en lien avec l’équipe commerciale, les 5 usines, l’équipe Affaires réglementaires et les équipes Design
- Prendre en charge la responsabilité technique produit de l'équipe de développement une fois que le produit entre dans la phase de cycle de vie après l'industrialisation du produit
- Coordonner les sujets techniques de la fin du développement au cycle de vie, y compris le développement des tests, la gestion des changements de produits et tous les services connexes
- Apporter un support aux usines lors des investigations suite à une anomalie client
- Soutenir les clients dans la résolution d’éventuels problèmes de compatibilité entre la formulation du client et le produit Nemera

Profil requis:
De formation de type école d'ingénieur ou bac +5 en mécanique, matériaux et/ou statistiques, vous justifiez d’une d'expérience de 8 ans minimum acquise dans le suivi de projets de développement de produits techniques, au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires et vous avez été nécessairement en contact direct avec les clients.Vous avez la capacité à comprendre rapidement les besoins des cli
