Symbio recherche le** manager de l'équipe développement des stacks, **dans ce rôle, vous aurez à encadrer les responsables des **projets Stacks** (Product Engineering Leader) et **l’équipe métier de conception Hardware stack.**
Votre mission sera de livrer à nos clients les produits Stacks en conformité avec les objectifs qualité, couts, délais, prestation de la grande série.
**Pour ce faire vous serez responsable**:
- D’animer votre équipe et de développer ses compétences
- De piloter les activités projets Stacks et accompagner vos équipes pour la bonne exécution (jalons programme, gestion des risques, escalade, priorisation entres projets...)
- De s’assurer de la mise en place des standards de la conception automobile (IATF par exemple), et transversaliser les bonnes pratiques, les solutions techniques pertinentes entre projets
- De reporter les synthèses de l’avancement de vos projets et les points clés à escalader au comité de direction
- De supporter l’équipe commerciale pendant les appels d’offres
- D’être force de proposition pour de nouvelles méthodologie de développement et gestion de projet
**Vous serez à la tête de l’équipe, composée**:
- D'ingénieur, concepteur mécanique : responsables du design mécanique du stack, 3D, 2D.
- Des Leaders Stack : en charge du pilotage multidisciplinaire de compétences au sein de l'engineering, du département essais et prototype afin d’assurer la livraison des stacks au bon niveau de prestation.
**Vos interlocuteurs au quotidien** sont les managers métiers, architecte système, responsables essais et industrialisation, ainsi que les directeurs métiers et les responsables de programmes clients.
La qualité des livrables de votre équipe devra être suivi et communiquée par les KPI mensuels au sein de l'engineering.
Votre équipe est partie prenante dans le déploiement de nouveau processus de développement engineering.
Les exigences sont écrites et tracées entièrement via l'outil DOORS NG.
**Votre profil : tout ce qu’il faut pour réussir
- Vous êtes diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur généraliste ou de commerce
- Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans le domaine industriel, de préférence dans le secteur automobile
- Vous avez une expérience significative de management d’équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Idéalement vous avez une expérience dans les systèmes de propulsion à base de piles à combustible
- Vous avez la capacité à comprendre et synthétiser les sujets complexes
- Vous avez une forte capacité à travailler en collaboration, à déléguer, à écouter et à fédérer sur une solution acceptée de tous
- Vous êtes capable de prioriser et de travailler dans un environnement sous contraintes
- Vous faites preuve d’aisance orale et écrite en anglais
