**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- To deploy the Group Engineering & Construction (GEC) and the GBU Industrial strategies within the Site
- To organize, staff and supervise the Site Engineering and Construction (EC) projects and activities in support to the Site Technical Services Manager in cooperation with the Operation, Maintenance and HSE site teams and when needed with the GEC specialists
- To manage the Site EC team (two Solvay technicians and contractors)

**We count on you for**:

- Delivery of preliminary and basic studies necessary to build future site investment plan
- Delivery of approved projects respecting agreed cost, quality, planning and HSE rules
- Coordination of EC Team & activities on site
- Effectiveness and engagement of the team under own responsibility
- Organize the archiving and the updating of the site technical documentation
- Update quarterly the site investment plan (COLMAR, SAP BW)

- Master degree in Engineering.
- Good knowledge of project management, cost estimation, scheduling, and construction management practices.
- Advanced knowledge of chemical equipment, layout, and piping techniques.
- Understanding of process, automation, and electricity.
- Good aptitude in functional management.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects
