Description du poste
Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, **vous prenez hiérarchiquement en charge une équipe d'une dizaine d'Ingenieur(e)s Concepteurs Mécanique dédiés à l'offre existante de l'entité "Business Line Exterior Applications" sur la partie mécanique**.
Vous évoluerez dans le core business du Groupe Somfy, sur un scope aux forts enjeux. **Votre rôle**:
Mettre à disposition les moyens et le cadre nécessaires à la responsabilisation et à l'engagement de vos équipes pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de l'équipe.
**Missions principales**:
- Répartir les activités de développement au sein de l'équipe, les prioriser, et escalader en cas de besoin.
- Garantir les objectifs planning et charge de travail en coordination avec les Responsables techniques de gamme.
- Garantir le respect du processus de développement, des standards métiers, et assurer les Revues métiers au sein de l'équipe.
- Accompagner les membres de votre équipe dans leurs missions et dans leur développement.
- Garantir que le développement des produits/services soit conforme aux attentes des clients.
- Garantir l'atteinte des résultats opérationnels au bon niveau d'efficience.
- Engager ses équipes dans la transversalité et la coopération.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus
**Qualifications**:
- Idéalement de formation supérieur (bac+5) en Conception mécanique.
- ** 5/8 années d'expérience minimum en management hiérarchique d'équipes** techniques.
- Très bonnes connaissances Techniques/Métier en Conception Mécanique.
- ** Management d'équipe** : très bonnes capacités à communiquer et à adapter votre communication en fonction de l'interlocuteur. L'empathie, l'écoute et la prise de recul seront des atouts majeurs. Vous avez également une aptitude à engager un collectif sur un sujet, à donner du sens aux actions.
- ** Orientation résultat et organisation** : vous savez structurer votre activité et celles d'autres personnes afin d'atteindre un résultat. Vous savez être réactif(ve) et anticiper les problématiques.
- ** Adaptabilité**: vous êtes capable d'évoluer dans un environnement changeant et d'adapter votre mode de fonctionnement en conséquence.
