- Etre responsable de la qualité des informations de qualification des problèmes, de leurs documentations, de leurs criticités et de leurs priorisations,
- Etre responsable de renseigner la base de connaissance (KEDB) et de la mettre à jour, des recherches d’erreurs similaires en base de connaissance (KEDB),
- Etre en charge de faciliter des interactions avec les autres processus interfacés avec la gestion des problèmes (Incidents, Changements, Monitoring, Asset & Configuration, Risques ) ou avec les autres équipes interfacées avec la gestion des problèmes
- Etre responsable des communications interne DSI de la gestion des problèmes.
- Etre garant de l’adoption, de la performance du processus et de l’amélioration continue du processus de gestion des problèmes
- Etre responsable de l’adhésion du processus et du respect des engagements de la gestion des problèmes,
- Renseigner toute partie prenante sur le fonctionnement du processus de gestion des problèmes
- Prendre en compte les besoins d’évolutions du processus, de les valider, et de piloter leurs déploiements,
- Collecter les KPIs, calculer les engagements et la construction des Reportings et Dashboards du processus,
- Préparer, organiser et conduire les comités opérationnels et de pilotage des problèmes.
**Distinction des périmètres d’activités des équipes Gestion d’incidents et Gestion de problèmes**:
- Gestion d’incidents (gestion à chaud - médecine d’urgence):
- Traitement des incidents, création des post-mortem, identification des problèmes, actions de remédiation et équipes en charge d’actions
- Traitement ou pilotage des actions de fiabilisation immédiate (traitement à chaud).
- Gestion de problèmes (gestion à froid - médecine préventive):
- Analyse des problèmes, identification des actions de remédiation et équipes en charge d’actions
- Catégorisation et priorisation des problèmes et actions à traiter
- Pilotage de la réalisation des actions de remédiation jusqu’à la clôture des problèmes.
