**About the job**:
You are creating impact in the French market by adapting the global strategy to the local market, leading a local team and realizing the targets and KPI's set by HQ. Next to this, you have full profit and loss responsibility of your focus market, including all aspects of organizational setup, local management and employees. You make sure the French know all about the full Dopper proposition of choosing reusable over single-use plastics: once and for all.
**Your responsibilities/tasks**:
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss in France and achieving performance in line with Dopper objectives. Ensuring a healthy business case for the market according to the set targets with HQ.
- Translating the global marketing strategy to a local strategy and realistic plan and bringing it to execution making it sure that the full Dopper proposition (bottle, water tap, movement and Google Maps) is rolled out in France.
- Recognizing market developments and opportunities and translating them into effective approaches, operational plans and providing advice to the management team.
- Being the voice of the country and representing the needs of local consumers and organisations as well as being the voice of Dopper externally.
- Providing all forecasts, business reports and information flows as required by the headquarter on a timely basis.
- Achieving either the B2B target for France by setting up and maintaining great partnerships and by having valuable contacts with companies or making impact in the local market by realizing marketing KPIs.
- Developing and implementing an account plan whilst keeping the Dopper mission in mind. Knowing that no Dopper innovation should be sold without the mission.**About you**:
- You have about 10 years of experience in a commercial role.
- You are available for 40 hours a week.
- You speak French and English fluently.
- You know how to negotiate and use your commercial power to create a valuable network for Dopper.
- You know how to manage and coach your team to strive for the best results.
