**La mission**:
En tant que Responsable Qualité de Programme (H/F), vous aurez pour mission de superviser l?aspect qualité du projet, incluant la gestion de la relation client, la génération de livrables qualité projet, la mise en place de méthodes et procédures qualité, ainsi que les évaluations qualité et S/R. Vous serez également responsable de la planification, du maintien et de la direction des activités de sécurité pour le produit et ses éléments liés à la sécurité, en cohérence avec le plan de développement de l?équipe principale.

**Responsabilités principales**:
Gérer la relation client.
Superviser l?assurance qualité du projet, assurant la mise en place de méthodes et procédures qualité, et garantissant la cohérence entre tous les livrables du projet.
S?assurer que toutes les activités qualité requises dans la fiche d?exigences spécifiques du client et le système de gestion du programme Faurecia sont menées avec le résultat attendu.
Générer des livrables de qualité tels que le plan de contrôle, R&R, soumission PPAP, etc.
Accompagner l?équipe programme et les intervenants sur les bonnes pratiques qualité et S/R.
Être disponible pour des déplacements professionnels dans les locaux du client.
Appliquer et respecter les règles du système de management sécurité & environnement, sous la responsabilité du facility manager local.
S?assurer que l?équipe respecte les règles du système de gestion de la sécurité et de l?environnement.
Recueillir toutes les informations concernant les risques potentiels et proposer des idées d?amélioration.
Soutenir l?équipe de l?usine pour évaluer les appareils de mesure, la variabilité des équipements de fabrication (Cpk), et effectuer l?évaluation Qualité & S/R.

**Compétences techniques**:
Diplôme d?ingénieur.
10 ans d?expérience dans le domaine de la qualité, avec une forte orientation vers la relation client.
Bonnes connaissances en FMEA, PPAP, évaluation de la variabilité, plan de contrôle, résolution de problèmes et gestion S/R.
Esprit d?équipe, rigueur, et excellentes compétences en communication.
