Local IT Coordinator and Business Expert SAP

**JOIN THE TEAM**:
Integrated in the Performance Polyamides division of BASF France, you will join an European Supply Chain team that is part of a regional organization with functional leadership in Germany. Our company is one of the world leaders in the Nylon / Polyamide chain and has different factories on all continents (Europe, Asia, Americas).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will join the chemical site of the Chalampé industrial platform and ensure both an SAP expert role and IT project coordinator for the platform.
The position comprises of 2 main focuses:
**1) Business Expert for sales and Supply Chain Management, focus on SAP, Digitalization (Integrated Planning Systems), E-Commerce, CRM**:

- Drive the conception, testing, and implementation of Supply Chain, OTC and P2P processes;
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes also in exchange with global Business Experts and central Digital Services Teams;
- Coordination of master data maintenance;
- Responsible for end-user training and support;
- Build up documentation and self-learning tools/processes for end-user (MS Teams, sharepoint, etc.);
- Consulting function with regard to IT based questions for business processes;
**2) IT Coordinator for BASF for the Chalampé site**:

- On-site project lead for IT setup new plant (ERP, infrastructure);
- Develop and implement IT strategy for the site;
- Orchestrate and coordinate Global Digital Services;
- Consult and support BASF Join Venture;
- Planning and implementation of IT projects:

- Collect, define and evaluate business needs;
- Develop and evaluate IT solutions;
- Implementation, documentation and training according to scope and requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Higher education in Engineering School in Supply Chain, Sales, IT, with 3 years of experience on similar functions;
- You have good knowledge and agility with enterprise information systems and especially SAP;
- You are able to synthesize and formalize complex processes: roles and responsibilities, information flows and physical flows;
- Your professional background has allowed you to develop a global vision of your profession and a real autonomy in your missions;
- You are used to working in a complex environment with multiple interfaces and know how to be proactive;
- you show strong communication skills, are customer and results oriented and can convince others;
- As a true facilitator on a daily basis, you have already had the opportunity to distinguish yourself by your interpersonal skills and your adaptability;
- Fluent English an at least a B2 level in French is required for this position. A good level of German would be a plus.
