**Dates: 25 Septembre au 25 Mars**:
**Location: Paris 75013 (4 jours/semaine and 1 jour/semaine)**

**Reporting to: Pauline Fauré, Senior Creative and PD Manager**

**Rôle**:
En charge de la conception, du développement et de l'approbation des produits SOFTLINES Disney, Marvel et Star Wars pour une grande enseigne de distribution spécialisée dans la mode (du bébé à l'adulte).

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du client principal pour garantir le design et l'offre de produits adaptés aux besoins des clients et aux stratégies de franchise Disney.

**RESPONSABILITES**

**DESIGN MODE**
- Proposer des designs, des moodboards et des supports d'inspiration en fonction des tendances, des stratégies commerciales et des besoins / briefs du client.
- Développer des propositions créatives pour les franchises Disney, Pixar, Marvel et Lucas pour qu'elles restent pertinentes et attrayantes d’un point de vue mode pour le client.
- Soutenir les équipes de designers et d’acheteurs du client au niveau design et collaborer étroitement avec eux pour offrir le meilleur produit final en magasin.
- Identifier, de manière régulière, les nouvelles tendances et les opportunités de nouveaux produits à mettre sur le marché.

**DEVELOPPEMENT PRODUIT (MODE ET MAISON)**
- Gérer le processus d'approbation des produits, du concept à la production finale - communiquer les changements et les approbations de manière structurée et en temps voulu via le système Online Product Approval OPA.
- Diriger le développement des produits avec des orientations claires en matière de design et de style.
- Gérer la bibliothèque de styleguide - fournir les guides de style appropriés et les illustrations et restrictions requises pour Disney, Marvel et Lucas.
- Gérer les échantillons de produits - coordonner les demandes pour les réunions et/ou d'autres besoins locaux, régionaux ou mondiaux - aide à la mise en place de showroom produits pour les réunions, si nécessaire.
- Effectuer des veilles créatives, en magasin et online, pour identifier les opportunités de produits et rester au courant des tendances et des techniques du marché.
- Développer et promouvoir les valeurs et les attributs de toutes les marques de The Walt Disney Company auprès des consommateurs au travers des designs et des développements de produits. Veiller au respect total des directives de l'entreprise.
- Soutenir le category manager et le développeur produit senior en développant des supports créatifs inspirés pour les présentations, qui peuvent inclure des concepts pour de nouvelles gammes de produits, l'analyse des tendances et leur traduction sur nos franchises.
- Collaborer avec les développeurs produits pour assurer la cohérence du développement des produits sur les différents segments et marchés.

**Expérience requise pour le poste**:

- Connaissance des produits têxtiles, des techniques et des limites de la conception des produits d'habillement.
- Compétences en design graphique appliquées aux produits têxtiles sont indispensables.
- Passionné par la mode, le produit et les tendances.
- Intérêt et connaissance des films et séries TV de Disney, Pixar, Marvel et Lucas.
- Diplôme en design graphique et en design de mode ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais.
