Position based in our central Paris office (Hybrid).
As a **Commercial Lead Business Partner (Senior Manager level)**, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business decisions and shaping our future success. Here's why this role is your next big opportunity:

**Business Partnership**: Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, providing actionable insights and challenging assumptions to drive commercial decisions.
**Monthly Forecasting**: Generate accurate forecasts based on robust data and assumptions, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and presenting to US leadership.
**Performance Reporting**:Take ownership of all reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing valuable insights to support business objectives.
**Retailer Engagement**: Share analysis and insights to support joint business plans and initiatives for growth.
**Business Case Development**: Work with stakeholders to develop robust business cases, considering all costs and ensuring returns meet desired targets.
**Activity Effectiveness Evaluation**: Define success measures for sales activities and conduct post-completion evaluations.
**Annual Budgeting**:Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to prepare budgets for the upcoming year.
**Ad Hoc Analysis**: Conduct analysis and provide insights as needed to support business decisions.
**Here are some of the things you'll bring**:
- **Fluent French and English**:
- 8 years + experience in a commercial-oriented role
- Financial forecasting experience is desirable.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau would be beneficial.
