HR Business Partner Senior

At BlaBlaCar, we are looking for a Senior HRBP Tech to join our People Partners team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for building and rolling out People programs, assessing and monitoring organizational health and pulse, and driving development and growth.

Your Mission
We are seeking a Senior HRBP Tech to join our team, who will be responsible for translating business needs into people's needs and anticipating change. You will partner with people experts and managers to build and roll out People programs, assess and monitor organizational health and pulse, and drive development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with people experts and managers to build and roll out People programs, including goals setting, performance evaluations, promo assessments, compensation reviews, and bonus planning.
- Assess and monitor organizational health and pulse, including engagement surveys and organization health metrics.
- Follow the organization's effectiveness and drive development, including organization design, performance management, career pathing, targeted learning, and development programs.
- Identify and drive people roadmap for the organization.
- Build and follow your organization's staffing plan.
Qualifications
- 5-10 progressive years of experience in HR, including 2-3 years of HRBP or HR leader experience for Tech teams.
- Experience in demonstrating judgment and problem-solving skills about people and organizational issues.
- Practical experience with HRMS (Workday is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and managers.
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking and analytical mindset.
- Full working proficiency in English and French.
