**The Opportunity**

More than ever, Technical support represents an increasing part of the offer made to the customer. Our European Support Center based in Strasbourg - France is providing technical and scientific support, professional training and logistics to our customers in Europe, USA, Africa and the Middle-East.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll change people's lives, you’ll work with doctors and laboratory technician and will have an impact on people/patient health

Collaborating with our affiliates and teams in, Europe, ASIA and USA on daily basis

**The Individual**

Educated as medical laboratory technologist or biomedical background or in life sciences, possibly with some experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory.

High degree in one of the following majors - Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.

Willing to become an expert in new technologies.

Passionate about communication with people and customer focus.

One of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, Swedish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, (mother tongue or fluent) and English (proficiency).

Preferred certification in English language.

Notre centre d'assistance européen basé à Strasbourg - France fournit une assistance technique et scientifique, une formation professionnelle et une logistique à nos clients situés en Europe, aux États-Unis, en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient.

**Les responsabilités**

En tant que membre de l'équipe de support technique, vous serez en relation avec nos clients en fournissant un support à distance dans le domaine technique et du diagnostic, pour notre gamme complète de produits de laboratoire médical. Vous fournirez une assistance et communiquerez avec nos clients par courrier électronique et par téléphone.
