Our missions for you, if you accept the challenge
1. You will mainly be involved in consulting assignments:
- You'll bring fresh strategic vision and expertise to one or more businesses or sectors, and manage day-to-day assignments and relationships with customers.- With the help of consultants/analysts, you will manage different aspects of our assignments: qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, creative thinking, development of strategic recommendations, creation of implementation plans for recommendations, presentation to customers.- You will organize and participate in customer meetings (focus groups, interviews, workshops, etc.), with the aim of making our work and discussions the "most inspiring moments" of their week.- Supporting the lead on each project, you will aim to ensure the excellence, strategic relevance and creative singularity of the deliverables expected.- You will be responsible for the quality of all key aspects of the assignment.
2. You will take part in the development of our consultancy:
- You will participate in sales activities to develop new customers and new offers (monitoring of sectors and offers).- In support of your board leader, you will pilot the creation of sales proposals and pitch support (convictions, methodology, structure of responses, budget and timing...).- You will nurture _thought leadership_ activities: writing thought articles, analyzing new markets, developing new offers...- You will take part in internal projects designed to ensure the smooth running of the firm's business.
And now, who are we looking for?
Yes, we do have a few criteria.
First an up-to-date CV.- You graduated from a _Grande Ecole_ business school, university, or equivalent (Sciences Po, Dauphine, CELSA...).- You have at least 6-8 years' successful experience in one of the following fields: strategy consulting, innovation consulting, prospective, marketing strategic, in a Tier-1 agency and/or behavioral sciences.- You know how to combine analysis, synthesis and creativity to translate strategic thinking into original, concrete recommendations.- You are recognized for your autonomy, rigor and proactivity.- You have excellent writing and speaking skills.- You have an excellent level of both French & English (C2).
