Pour notre client l'entreprise, nous cherchons un Digital KAM.
Un Digital Key Account Manager pour les clients du milieu digital est responsable de gérer et d’optimiser les relations commerciales stratégiques avec les grands comptes
sur les plateformes e-commerce, en assurant la croissance et le succès des ventes en ligne via des campagnes, des promotions et la coordination des opérations digitales.
Les missions:
- **Gestion des comptes clés**: Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux clients des plateformes e-commerce (eTailers) pour maximiser les opportunités commerciales.
- **Prospection & Business Development**: Priorisation et démarchage de nouveaux clients pour développer notre distribution sélective
- **Stratégie commerciale**: Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies spécifiques à chaque compte, en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise et du client.
- **Négociation des accords**: Négocier les termes commerciaux, les conditions de vente, les prix, les promotions et les accords annuels pour maximiser la rentabilité.
- **Gestion des campagnes digitales**: Coordonner et superviser les campagnes publicitaires, promotions et stratégies de sell-out sur les plateformes e-commerce, en veillant à leur bonne exécution.
- **Optimisation du catalogue produits **:Gérer l'assortiment de produits, leur positionnement sur les plateformes, la visibilité, la stratégie de prix et les planogrammes digitaux.
- **Suivi des KPIs**: Analyser la performance des comptes clés à travers des KPIs spécifiques (ventes, trafic, conversion, etc.) pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
- **Gestion du budget**: Contrôler et gérer les investissements en trade marketing et autres actions digitales en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing.
- **Analyse du marché**: Rester à l'affût des tendances du marché digital et de la concurrence pour adapter les stratégies et maintenir la compétitivité.
- **Coordination interne**: Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, logistique, finance et autres départements pour assurer l'alignement des actions commerciales avec les besoins des comptes clés.
- **Reporting**: Faire régulièrement un compte rendu sur les performances des comptes et les actions réalisées, tout en proposant des ajustements et des opportunités de croissance
Le profil:
- 4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions vente ou marketing en environnements digitaux ou de trade marketing dans le secteur cosmétique, du luxe ou des biens de grande consommation.
- Expérience au sein d'entreprises multinationales (biens de consommation courante : alimentation, entretien de la maison, soins personnels, etc.).
- Anglais courant, l'Espagnol est un plus
- Solide connaissance du marché des biens de consommation, notamment en e-commerce et des tendances digitales.
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et capacité à établir des relations solides avec des clients clés.
- Capacité à analyser des données de vente et de performance, ainsi qu'à élaborer des rapports et à présenter des résultats.
- Volonté de voyager 20% du temps environ
