UI Designer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

- Designing our product web interface
- Contributing to the product technical specification
- Contributing to end testing of the web interfaces
- Contributing to User research (creating interview guides, conducting interviews and extraction insightful data)
- Collaborating with all the Emerging team members (technical and non-technical) to build the product our customers long for
- Working in short, iterative development cycles
- Designing our communication assets (mails, corporate website pages, leaflets or decks)
- Bonus: Ability to write content (ie filling your Wireframes with real content, not lorem ipsum)

**PROFILE**

What we are looking for:

- Excellent knowledge of web product design
- Good capabilities using Figma, Jira
- Willing to learn Analytics (Hotjar, MixPanel...)
- Excellent time-management skills and commitment to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Positive team-player, thriving in a collaborative environment
- Fluent spoken/written French and English
- French and English writing skills

**KEY INFORMATION**
- **Position**: Permanent Full time contract (CDI)
- **Location** : Caen (Normandy, France) - Partial remote allowed
- **Experience** : 3-5 years
- **Start date** : flexible
- **Compensation** : 33-38K year (fixed) depending on experience

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**

1) A short phone interview with Doriane or Maëlle (HR)

2) One interview with David (Managing Director) and another with Alice (Product Owner), Johanna (Sales) or Sylvain (Product Growth)

3) Technical assessment
