**Internal Communication Apprentice (F/M)**

**Join Nexans as an Internal Communication Apprentice in La Défense**
- In this position, the intern will work under the management of the Internal Communication Director and he/she will work closely with the Corporate Communication teams and the BG/local internal comm & HR teams. The Intern will be exposed to the various aspects of communications including content writing, digital communication, graphics design and video production. The Intern will also support staff engagement and recognition programs and events.- Purpose:
- To support and develop communications strategies in order to increase employee engagement as well as to support Nexans’ business._
- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- Work on the delivery of communication tools e.g. ppt presentations, posters, newsletters, flyers
- Create content and publish news in French and English on intranet at Group level
- Ensure community management of the internal social network (Yammer)
- Provide a support to the internal comm network to ensure the cascading of information
- Train people on Yammer / Teams / Intranet / Sharepoint
- Film & edit videos (interviews, teasers, motion design )
- Assist in the organization of events
- Attend and observe meetings with Communications team members
- Propose new ideas, initiatives to develop the level of people engagement
- Expected results:
- Provide a strong support to the team, as a real and efficient partner in all projects
- Boost digital culture internally
- What We Are Looking For:
- Apprentice
- 1 or 2 years
- Weekly rhythm: 4 days at work / 1 day at school
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Canva and notions of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Audio-visual technical knowledge, editing, video subtitling (PlayPlay)
- At ease in digital environments
- Ability to work in a in a dynamic, complex, international environment
- Capability to learn fast
- Rigorous and disciplined in execution and project follow-up
