Le/la Customer Success Manager a pour mission d'assurer la satisfaction des clients, mais aussi de développer le portefeuille de clients ( des enseignes / grands comptes et des indépendants)

.Votre rôle:
1/ Favoriser l'engagement, l'usage des solutions et assurer la fidélisation des comptés clés:

- Assurer un rôle de conseil et d'accompagnement au quotidien auprès des comptes clés pour maximiser la valeur qu'ils retirent de la solution
- Être en veille permanente des grandes tendances de l'industrie (veille technologique et être force de recommandation / proposition),
- Développer des relations stratégiques avec des parties prenantes influentes dans l'organisation des clients et les aider à développer la mise en place des solutions dans leur organisation,
- Établir des plans de réussite qui définissent les objectifs des clients et leur permettent de mesurer leurs progrès.

2/ Former et s'assurer du bon service des solutions chez le client

:

- Assurer une formation des équipes opérationnelles du client à l'utilisation des services (supports de formation, vidéo, mémo,...)
- Suivre l'utilisation des services chez le client, avec des déplacements réguliers, pour s'assurer de la bonne prise en main des solutions

3/ Collaborer de manière transversale (i.e. être le/la représentant(e) du client en interne):

- Défendre les besoins des clients auprès des différentes équipes en interne

Votre profil:

- Entre 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans une entreprise SaaS et / ou BtoB grands comptes, en tant que Customer Manager, Account manager

;
- Très bon relationnel, excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite;
- Polyvalent(e) et flexible (déplacements chez les clients à prévoir),
- Capacité à suivre des offres complexes
- Orienté(e) « résultats »;
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se),
- Curieux(se) et innovant(e).

Rémunération:

- 35 à 42K (selon profil et expérience)
- Temps plein, CDI
