RESPONSABILITES

Au sein du département Opérations de France Signalling, vous êtes en charge d’assurer le pilotage d’un portefeuille de clients afin de:

- garantir que les produits Villeurbanne sont livrés selon les exigences du client (sites intégrateurs, product material controler, clients directs) en termes de délais, quantités et modalités de livraison.
- informer le client sur l’avancement de sa commande
- négocier les modalités de livraison et nouveaux engagements Villeurbanne en cas de mode dégradés.

Pour cela, vous avez à:
Assurer la conduite de votre portefeuille dans le respect des objectifs de délais, ventes et OTIF du département Opérations

Assurer l’interface client:

- Assurer le reporting, la transmission des engagements Villeurbanne vers le client
- Garantir la satisfaction du client notamment dans le cas de manquants pour leur ligne de production ou en phase d’installation sur site projet
- Organiser la logistique des FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) avec les clients
- Obtenir de la part du client ses éventuels décalages de planification, de quantités à livrer et négocier avec lui les nouvelles modalités de livraison
- En cas de retard sur le planning, mesurer son impact et négocier avec le client les solutions proposées

Piloter votre portefeuille clients avec la participation de tous les acteurs des départements Opérations/Industriel & Sourcing/Finance afin de satisfaire le besoin client (sécuriser les engagements de sortie production, coordonner les plans de rattrapage )

Assurer le suivi du carnet de commande client
- Assurer le traitement des commandes clients (analyse de la faisabilité, notification de la commande) lorsqu’il n’y a pas de Work Package Owner désigné.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des produits livrables aux clients : élaboration et suivi de planning, édition et transfert de documents et certificats de livraison aux clients.
- Mettre à jour les besoins du client dans l’ERP
- Réaliser les Cut Off de fin d’affaire
- Traiter les litiges financiers et logistiques

CONNAISSANCES NECESSAIRES
- Connaître les principes de la gestion de stocks (FIFO, KANBAN,).
- Maîtriser SAP
- Connaître les flux/procédures liés à l’activité de production
- Savoir utiliser les outils de bureautique
- Comprendre et utiliser un anglais professionnel
