Chez STANDARD+, notre mission est de rapprocher et connecter, créateurs et public en simplifiant la circulation, la production locale et la certification des objets numériques.

Notre plateforme est dédiée à la vente d'objets numériques dans le domaine de l'art et du design, permettant aux créateurs de partager leurs fichiers facilement.

Grâce à notre réseau d'imprimantes 3D autonomes, nous produisons localement ces objets sur demande, tout en assurant la protection des droits d'auteur via une certification blockchain.

**Description du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) co-fondateur / CTO passionné par l'entrepreneuriat et animé par le désir de construire une plateforme web3 innovante, accessible, collaborative et décentralisée.

Un MVP a déjà été développé par le fondateur actuel, et est prêt pour de premiers tests avec les clients. Ce MVP marque un point de départ prometteur mais nécessite une continuité dans le développement, notamment sur plusieurs modules critiques.

Votre rôle sera de piloter cette prochaine phase en assurant la continuité du développement, en transformant la vision en réalité opérationnelle:

- Continuer le développement actif de la plateforme : focalisation sur l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur, la sécurité, et l'intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Constituer à terme l’équipe technique : Bâtir une équipe alignée avec notre vision, capable de relever les défis techniques.
- Faire des choix stratégiques avec le co-fondateur.
- Assurer une communication transparente et efficace avec le co-fondateur, les développeurs et les partenaires.

**Profil recherché**:
Profil recherché:

- Issu d’un master dans le domaine de l’informatique : avec de solides compétences en JS (React / Express / Ethers.js), Solidity, Python, une maîtrise de l’impression 3D serait un vrai plus.
- Vous avez un bon relationnel, du leadership, une bonne capacité d’adaptation et êtes prêt à investir votre temps et vos efforts au développement de l’entreprise.
