Nous sommes un atelier spécialisé dans la création en ligne de faire-part, d'albums photo et de jolis produits photo personnalisés (tirages, calendriers, carnets personnalisés ). Nous sommes présents en France, en Belgique, en Allemagne et au Royaume-Uni. Nous avons la chance de connaître une forte croissance, nous n'étions que 3 en 2010 et nous sommes maintenant plus de 120 à prendre soin des belles histoires de nos clients à Nantes

En 2022, nous avons eu la chance de rejoindre le groupe Celebrate, leader allemand de la carterie personnalisée, avec pour ambition de devenir ensemble le leader européen sur le marché des produits photo personnalisés haut de gamme grâce à une équipe de près de 500 salariés et 24 nationalités différentes

Les commandes de faire-part et d’albums photo affluent, l’engouement pour nos nouveaux produits se confirme, nous continuons à tout mettre en œuvre pour assurer une qualité de service exceptionnelle etles projets marketing se multiplient

Pour nous accompagner dans notre développement et nous aider à conduire et développer au mieux nos partenariats et nos projets, nous recherchons un(e) Partnership & Marketing Project manager (H/F) motivé(e), autonome pour rejoindre notre équipe dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité.

**Vos principales missions**:

- Définir, mettre en place et coordonner avec le reste de l’équipe les projets de partenariats pour les deux marques françaises du groupe, Rosemood et faireparterie.
- Gérer nos différents partenariats, analyser les performances, mesurer le ROI et proposer des recommandations d’optimisation
- Développer de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux et de nouvelles collaborations stratégiques pour développer notre image de marque ; être force de proposition sur des mécaniques inventives de partenariat
- Entretenir un excellent relationnel avec nos ambassadeurs et partenaires
- Piloter les différents projets marketing
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes (notamment nos équipes de l’atelier) pour la création des différents supports marketing
- Réaliser une veille régulière sur le marché et plus globalement être à l'affût de l’actualité de nos différents univers de produits (famille, mariage, photo ) ; en tirer des conclusions et faire des recommandations

- Très bon sens marketing et du service au client
- Excellente maîtrise d’un planning global de tâches
- Excellentes compétences analytiques
- Sens de la négociation et de la persuasion
- Maîtrise de la communication écrite et orale, bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise et compréhension de l’image de marque Rosemood
- Bon sens de la mise en page graphique, de l’équilibre texte / image
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
