Nos experts accompagnent les entreprises, investisseurs, institutions financières, sponsors financiers, ainsi que les clients des réseaux du client dans les trois grandes transitions environnementale, technologique et sociétale, en leur proposant des solutions de financement et d'investissement innovantes et durables.
Le Département Global Markets Operations (GMO) rattaché à la Direction des Operations recherche un Agent De Calcul sur Indice Propriétaire pour sa filière GMO Produits Structurés. Cette mission est localisée a Charenton-Le-Pont.
**? Validation**: S'assurer que le booking des trades dans les systèmes Front est correct, cohérent et conforme avec les exigences internes et correspond aux produits vendus aux Clients.
**? Deal Management**: Gérer et contrôler, tout au long de la vie du produit, les évènements sur les émissions et les transactions structurées.
**? Calculation Agent**: Déterminer et notifier les évènements sur les émissions structurées. Contrôler la cohérence de la documentations (Final Terms vs Term Sheet).
Déterminer et publier le niveau des indices propriétaires.
**? Commission apporteur / distributeur**: Calculer, contrôler, valider et payer les commissions (Upfront et Running).
**? Data Management**: contrôler les statics et dynamics data Equity (indices, actions, Fonds et ETF).
Au sein de GMO Produits Structurés, vous aurez principalement en charge la mission d?agent de calcul sur Indices Propriétaires
? Calcul et publication des indices propriétaires de Natixis
? Contrôle des données statiques et dynamiques utilisées dans la valorisation et lors des reshuffles ;
? Analyser et corriger les écarts de valorisation sur les indices avant leurs publications et vérification de la valorisation des indices avec agents de publications externe ;
? Assurer la convergence des maquettes d?indice dans Sophis avec la valorisation du système interne ;
? Suivi et Contrôle des reshuffles de composition en accord avec les Index Rules
? Participation à la mise en place de réglementation de BMR sur l?activité d?Agent de calcul ;
? Développement de nouveaux contrôles afin d?assurer la bonne valorisation et la composition des Indices et ETF ;
? Assurer la coordination entre les différents intervenants ingénieries, trading, IT Quant, Sales, Compliance, service juridique.
