IS Service Manager pour la Finance (F/H/NB)

Quelle est votre mission chez bioMérieux ?

Définir le service attendu et s’assurer qu’il soit documenté, communiqué et connu des utilisateurs : définir les niveaux de service et gérer l’évolution des indicateurs, assurer la promotion des services et fonctionnalités auprès des utilisateurs finaux
**Garantir la qualité de service**: suivre attentivement les prestations des partenaires ; coordonner la résolution des incidents critiques ; conduire la résolution des problèmes, revoir les analyses des causes racines quand nécessaire
Gérer le plan d’amélioration continu des service existants, y compris en terme de coût, de suivi des évolutions et de la performance, en lien avec le Business
**Assurer la performance du service et le respect des coûts**: mesurer et fournir des rapports et indicateurs de performance du service (SLA incluant le taux d’utilisation du service et le reporting associé)
Assurer la satisfaction du métier et gérer le portefeuille des demandes d’évolution : les étudier et les prioriser avec le Business, solliciter des devis pour les évolutions (auprès des partenaires support ou des éditeurs)
Accompagner l’équipe et nos partenaires dans la livraison des activités support pour atteindre les objectifs

Qui êtes-vous ?

Diplôme universitaire (Bac+5) ou équivalent en informatique et/ou en gestion
Au moins 5 ans d’expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire, dans un groupe industriel international ou une société de conseil
Connaissance des processus ITIL et expérience d’un outil de gestion des tickets (Service Now est un plus)
Capacité autour de l’analyse de KPI, création de tableau de bord
Connaissance de processus finance - sur SAP serait un plus
Expérience de management transverse d’équipes intervenant sur du support monde s’appuyant sur des équipes offshore (modèle « Services managés »)
Vous savez écouter et communiquer à tous les niveaux de l’entreprise
Vous travaillez en autonomie et savez travailler sur les sujets prioritaires
Vous êtes curieux et orienté client
Vous êtes rigoureux, organisés ; vous savez vous adapter et adresser différents sujets simultanément
Anglais courant obligatoire, vous travaillez avec des personnes basées en Inde, aux US, en Asie
