Nous recherchons un **IS Senior Vendor Manager F/H/D**, profil expérimenté en gestion de fournisseurs IT qui évoluera au sein du département Global Information System sur le site de Craponne et sera rattaché au Key and Strategic Partnerships Domain Manager au sein d’une équipe de 4 collaborateurs.

Vous serez responsable de piloter la relation avec un portefeuille de nos fournisseurs clés et stratégiques en informatique.

En apportant votre expérience, vous serez également garant de la mise en place et de la diffusion des bonnes pratiques de gestion des fournisseurs au sein du département IS.

**Quelle seront vos missions chez bioMerieux ?**
- Assurer un management efficace de nos** fournisseurs et de nos contrats stratégiques**,
- Être le **point de contact principal** pour tous les sujets** contractuels et transversaux pour les contrats et fournisseurs sous votre responsabilité,**:

- S’assurer de l’alignement entre les objectifs du Groupe et l’IS et ceux des fournisseurs définis dans les contrats,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le **Sponsor du contrat **pour mettre en place la déclinaison des objectifs, élaborer la stratégie autour du vendeur et remonter les sujets d’escalade,
- Suivre et** anticiper les étapes clés de la vie des contrats** en collaboration avec le **département Achats IS**,
- Coordonner les activités entre le département des Achats IS et l’IS,
- ** Définir la gouvernance opérationnelle,** tactique et stratégique en accord avec les standards bioMérieux et avec le Sponsor des contrats,
- Assurer la mise en place de la gouvernance définie avec le vendeur et les équipes internes bioMérieux,
- S’assurer que les niveaux de **services contractualisés sont alignés** avec les ambitions de l’IS,
- Avoir une vue consolidée des niveaux de services contractualisés et suivre les écarts observés, des réalisations opérationnelles et des opportunités,
- S'assurer de la réception des prestations du fournisseur et de leur qualité, en proximité avec les équipes de gestion opérationnelle,
- ** Faciliter **les **négociations** des mises à jour contractuelles,
- ** Coordonner et suivre les sujets transverses** à plusieurs départements au sein de l’IS,
- ** Gérer les escalades contractuelles** et opérationnelles remontées dans le cadre de la gouvernance,
- Assurer le suivi financier (budget, réceptions, facturations) en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles IS, le Contrôle de Gestion, les Achats,
- Gérer les risques fournisseurs.

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- 10 ans d'éxpérience en IT minimum,
- Expérience en **gestion des fournisseurs ou des comptes clients**,
- ** Pilotage d’équipes **en transverse sans management hiérarchique,
- Bonne communication,
- Anglais et français courant
