Review and analyse strategic and add-on external growth opportunities, as well as disposal projects and internal restructuring initiatives
- Manage live M&A projects and valuation workstreams
- Produce reports and presentations for the Management and the Board of SCOR and its entities
- Maintain competitive watch
- Participate in the bank relationship management

**Project Management**:Work closely with management team on corporate development projects.

**Strategic M&A opportunity assessment**:Perform proactive strategic review and financial modelling on potential partners, contemplated transactions/ case studies.

**M&A market review**: Update and analyse M&A trends and market developments. Strategic benchmarking of peer companies.

**Bank relationship management**:Participate to meetings with Investment Banks. Gather and report relevant information.
- Business or engineering school with a Finance specialization
- Small experience in Corporate M&A / Investment Banking: from an internship to 1 year full-time
- Business-minded
- Modelling skills and very good command of Microsoft Office Tool suite and financial databases
- Strong interpersonal skills as the position requires to build a solid network internally
- Fluent in English
- **Graduate/Master (Bac+5)**
