Description du poste :
En tant que Manager Corporate Finance, vous dirigerez une équipe de consultants, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'associé en charge des dossiers clients. Votre rôle consistera à apporter une expertise pointue en finance, droit et fiscalité dans le cadre de nos missions de conseil. Vous serez amené à intervenir sur divers sujets, notamment :
- Fusion & Acquisition et Transactions Services : Évaluations financières, audits d'acquisition, négociations et closing.
- Conseil Stratégique : Études d'opportunités, définition de stratégies d'acquisition, cession, etc.
- Conseil en direction financière opérationnelle.
Profil recherché :
Nous recherchons des candidats avec les qualifications suivantes :
- Formation en expertise comptable (DSG / DSCG / DEC) ou un master en finance avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience en audit financier ou révision comptable.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, avec un esprit d'équipe et de créativité.
- Autonomie, implication et exigence dans la réalisation des missions.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse développée, avec un bon niveau d'anglais.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
