**LE RÔLE**

**TÂCHES ET OBJECTIFS CLÉS**
- Développer et implémenter la stratégie commerciale en accord avec la vision de la Direction et du groupe
- Planifier et diriger les opérations quotidiennes de la fonction Commerciale de l’hôtel pour assurer un maximum de revenus et de rentabilité
- Etablir les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs en lien avec les budgets
- Participer aux négociations commerciales et veiller au respect optimal des stratégies
- Encadrement d’une petite équipe commerciale
- Contribue au recrutement et au développement des équipes
- Gestion des coûts et des budgets alloués
- Rapports hebdomadaire et mensuel sur les performances
- Identifier les principaux concurrents et effectuer une analyse régulière des concurrents ; suivre leurs performances, leurs tarifs et leur activité commerciale
- Collaboration avec les divisions Réservations et Revenue.
- Vous devez avoir une solide connaissance de l’hôtellerie de luxe 5* et être une personne très proactive avec une expérience éprouvée en matière de performances et de résultats commerciaux.

**LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL**
- Solide expérience dans un poste Head of / Senior Manager / Directeur de Sales en hôtellerie 5* ou Palace
- Connaissance du marché Parisien dans l’hôtellerie de Luxe (courante)
- Connaissance approfondie du marché de l'hôtellerie de luxe et des attentes des clients haut de gamme.
- Anglais bilingue ou natif et Français bilingue ou natif.
- Démontrer une passion pour le service à la clientèle exceptionnel
- Excellentes qualités managériales et de leadership pour continuer de développer l’équipe
- Démonter une vision stratégique et de la créativité
- Excellente présentation, « can do » attitude, personnalité engageante
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et logiciels professionnels
