Eurosearch Consultants, on behalf of an important and high growing Italian company leader in in the confectionery sector, is searching for a:
**SALES DIRECTOR FRANCE**
**Mission**
As Sales Director, he/she is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth (at least double the turnover in the next three years), manage direct sales and key accounts, build strong relationships with clients and partners and enhance the brand's image and reputation in the French market.
**Position**:
**Main responsibilities**
- Analyse the market, trends, positioning and competitor strategies;
- Visit existing customers and develop relations with new customers in the Mass Market Retail trade;
- Manage negotiations;
- Set up and propose, in line with the resources assigned, a medium-term business development plan;
- Set up and manage sales policy in the Mass Market Retail trade (conditions, pricing, product mix, sales levers);
- Set up and coordinate trade marketing actions;
- Support, manage and develop the sales network;
- Set up a local sales team;
- Manage operational activities if needed: logistics flows, product deliveries and shipments, administration.

University degree preferred, not essential;
**Languages**:
- French (must have), English (very appreciated); Italian (nice to have)
**Professional experience**:
- Solid sales experience on the French market in the Mass Market channel gained in the food sector, preferably in confectionery;
- Initial experience as Field Sales appreciated;
- Marketing background appreciated.
**Managerial competences and personal skills**:
- Vision and strategy skills, combined with pragmatism and first-person action orientation;
- Relationship skills, flexibility;
- Energy, resilience, enthusiasm, determination to achieve results.
